at first, when you …
at first, when you type googledotcom, it will default you to the japanese site. if you look at the bottom of the screen, there will be an english phrase that says “view google in english” and from then on you will see it in english (so long as you don’t delete your cookies or change IP addresses). let me know if that helps.

when i was in japan whenever I tried to access google it always took me to the Japanese version, if I wanted to access an english google I would have to do a search on japanese google for google Canada, did you figure out how to get around this and go directly to googledotcom
