When it comes to …
When it comes to used/new car dealers: never tell the dealer what you are looking to spend. They always ask this. Never tell them.

Time shares: just say no. These people are even more annoying than used car dealers. If you do have one (I do), when you use it never think that you have to do what they want you to do with your time. All they want you to do is buy more and you are under no obligation to attend their meetings.

House: spot on Daniel, low embarrassing offers. Agents are sleaze.

How do you get to …
How do you get to view houses if you don’t have a buyers realtor? Who do you call? Do you then get 2.7% of sale price as buyers agent? I appreciate your videos?

Doesn’t matter. …
Doesn’t matter. 9500 on the DOW baby – BOOYEAH!

I’ll guess 3.

I promised myself …
I promised myself when the kids were grown, I was buying myself a new Mustang. I had a good gov’t job, but got laid off just after my youngest turned 18! So I’ll wait a couple years now & maybe get one a lot cheaper.

I’ve never bought a …
I’ve never bought a car. Had two given. My pal used to get new cars off the lots every ten years by taking the model that was there. He always went for an inexpensive, chopped, efficient one to begin with, bought the Consumer Reports profit margin printout, and offered two hundred dollars more than that. They groaned, but he got great cars. Here in France, we can buy used cars sold by the car company employees. They are less than one year old. Our ’95 Citroen ZX diesel is that.

this is better than …

Heh, that’s awesome …
Heh, that’s awesome. I’m going to do that from now on.

Used rental cars …
Used rental cars are often a good deal. Something with less than 15,000 miles on it. Be careful, the financing can be worse sometimes if you aren’t paying cash.

I personally have a soft spot for old crown vic squads. Haven’t had one yet, but if you can spare the fuel economy (about 25mpg) it can be a good deal.

Hey there… would …
Hey there… would you take $1000 for it

when buying a car.. …
when buying a car..BUY USED…buy only after u get the right price AND sale contingent upon CARFAX REPORT and inspection by an independent mechanic

Believe it or not, …
Believe it or not, some people don’t lose their jobs in a depression, so they can profit from the downturns. That’s what he’s doing this for.

If the countrys …
If the countrys going deeper down the , into a bigger depression, how are you gonna buy a car or house.???????????????????????????

Haha loved the news …
Haha loved the news today. “Unemployment applications *unexpectedly* rise”. I also fell off the chair laughing. What’s unexpected about hyping up alleged unemployment claims drop in numbers (explained by natural tendency for people to take vacations/breaks during hot summer) and then simply seeing the numbers once again naturally increase because people are coming back from vacations/breaks to look for jobs again? There is no recovery without EIGHT-FIGURE job increases and not McDonald jobs!

I worked in car …
I worked in car sales. His ideas are VERY GOOD. Smart guy.
