This is in Russia, …
This is in Russia, people there don’t even care if there is a pile of weapsons sitting around, expecially if they are old and rusting.
However, in America if a pile like that was left out all the bombs would be gone in a day. people would be backing up their trucks and loading up the shells in seconds.
In Ameriac people would steal the shells just for the of it, even if they have no use or even intrest in having one for a novelty or anything else.
