Best way to book a CHEAP holiday LAST minute?

Me and my boyfriend are looking to go away next week.
13th july onwards.
Our maximum spending budget for 10 days is £450 all inclusive
7 days £300-350 All inclusive.

I was wondering if anyone could give me any previous experience on when they have done this themselves. Good trusty websites or even travel agencys?
