Whats a cheap travel destination for spring break?
I live in houston texas and i'm trying to find i inexpensive place to go for spring break with my family.My parents don't want to spend a lot of money due to the economy crisis,so I am trying to find a fun road trip or something fun to do for like four days other then home. Got any Ideas?
Well, I always like Cancun, and you can sometimes score incredible prices on cheap flights out of Houston.
But if you don't need to do the beach thing, how about New Orleans? It's within a 1-day drive of Houston, plus you can often score some very good hotel deals (I find them often on TravelZoo.com). Could be your best "cheap" trip…
