is megabus a good cheap way to travel from london to manchester?
time to travel to the destination doesnt matter, i just ant a cheap and good way to get from a to b
There is no cheaper way of getting from London to Manchester than Megabus. In general, the earlier you book, the cheaper it is.
As most of the daytime journeys actually start/finish at Aberdeen, there can be some time-keeping issues on certain journeys. However, Megabus Control at Perth is good at passing on details of delays to both Glasgow and Manchester. (All Megabus services have a crew-change at Glasgow. On daytime journeys, the Glasgow/Manchester leg is the preserve of drivers from Stagecoach Glasgow; on night services, Stagecoach Glasgow drivers double-man the Glasgow/Keele leg.)
In cases of severe delays, substitute vehicles may be used from Manchester to London, although these may not be Megabus livered vehicles.
