can anyone please fine me a cheap bus website so i can look at the prices and all the other information(from Toronto to Philadelphia)..

The Megabus travels from Philly to NYC. They also travel from NYC to Toronto.

I did a quick search for a round trip for Aug 1 – Aug 9. It was just over $100.

Try http://www.busjunction.com, which aggregates many of the bus companies. You may have to try Toronto to NY and NY to Philadelphia.
