Cheap and fun family vacation?
I want to go somewhere cheap and fun with my husband and ten yr old son in Feb. We live in Southern NY state….any ideas?
We'd like to stay in the US or Canada
Hard to tell what cheap means these days. If it's under $1000 dollars, then maybe we can do something. Try a short cruise out of florida. They have 3,4 and 5 day cruises, out of several florida cities. Your son will almost go for free. These would be last minutes cruises, so you'd have to act fast. You could book the cruise for $200 – $300 per person, not counting your son. You may need a passport though, depending on where you go. There are many cheap flights to florida too. The cruise would contain all of your meals and entertainment. You could forgo the side trips. There are many web sites, vacations to go is a good one, even check orbitz, yahoo travel, and all of the others. Good Luck!
