The water is COLD, and the temps can be as well. Second...I suspect Carnival will be , on average, a little cheaper than RC. Don't know what you consider cheap but the 3-4 day cruises to Nassau and The Bahamas are about as cheap as you can get. Go to cruisesonly.com and check out your options.
