Perhaps some travel agencies charge fees for processing orders, but most do not. Once you have an idea of which cruise you would like to take, try contacting a travel agency (not one of the online mega-centers) in the US to find out if you can book the cruise through them. The average price for a cruise is from $450-$800 for a 7 night cruise depending on what type of room you get and what month you go on.
