Try package deals. Sometimes the airlines offer cheap packages and sales. Also try sites such as vacationstogo.com, dunhillvacations.com, budgettravel.com.

Can I earn frequent flier miles when I travel using a "free" award ticket?
To elaborate, if I buy a ticket using my frequent flier miles (say, on US Airways), will I be awarded miles for that travel? I ask this because, it is technically not a free ticket when I spend my miles to buy one.

If I had one, I'd definately donate it. But I don't think anyone has these. It's extremely difficult, almost impossible, to get a discount code for anything travel related unless it's a meal or lodging. Other than that, you won't find a lot. [...]
